The Faculty Handbook can answer most of your questions pertaining to University policies and procedures. It is a quick resource for questions on benefits, performance evaluations, grievance procedures, retirement, holiday pay and career development. If your questions go beyond the scope of the handbook, the business office is always available to assist you.
Activity Insight is an online system that allows faculty members to upload reasearch activity, teaching and mentoring, awards and honors, and grant activity all in one place. The data can then be pulled down into either a Curriculum Vitae or Biosketch. The University will be using Activity Insight to determine promotion and tenure as well as annual facutly performance evaluations.

The Desire2Learn portal provides access to OUHSC course and organization sites. The use of course or organization sites is optional so students should check with their instructors and college student leaders for more information on available sites.
