Travel/Concur

To book travel or be reimbursed for recent travel or purchases, visit https://financialservices.ouhsc.edu/Policies-and-Procedures/travel-policy

If you would like to take training specifically on the Concur training module, you can find classes here. (Make sure to select OUHSC)

You may contact the travel office at 405.271.2038 or email them at travel@ouhsc.edu

If you do not have a travel card, you will first need to take travel card training. Register for it here. Once you have completed training you may fill out the Travel Card Application.

Training

Standards of Conduct Training is required within the first 60 days of employement.

Most of your training will be completed on OnPoint. Links have been provided when other sites are necessary.

In addition to the required training, OUHSC also offers several professional development training classes. Some of these include Time Management Essentials, Civility in the Workplace, Effective Communication, Marketing Yourself: Professionalism, LGBTQ Ally Workshop, Visual Thinking, etc. To sign up for these types of development classes click here.

Comparitive Medicine

The Comparitive Medicine website can be reached here. This website if full of resources including: policies and procedures, guidelines, forms, training, program information, emergency or after hours contact information and TOPAZ assistance.

TOPAZ is now fully operational, follow the instruction given in the link to gain access to TOPAZ .

Service Unit Request (SUR)

For assistance with equipment repairs or moving services, please fill out the SUR form and submit to micro-office@ouhsc.edu.

If there is a problem with building such as - cabinetry, plumbing, flooring, lights, etc., you can call Site Support at x12121 or submit a claim on their electronic form.

SoonerTrack

SoonerTrack is an online system that allows PI's to electronically begin the process of routing a grant or contract. All grants and contracts will have to be routed through SoonerTracks. To route an Agreement you will follow this link and to route a Grant you will follow this link. There are two seperate login systems, even though once you are logged into both you can switch back and forth seamlessly. 

Desire2Learn (D2L)

The Desire2Learn portal provides access to OUHSC course and organization sites. The use of course or organization sites is optional so students should check with their instructors and college student leaders for more information on available sites.
