Education:

Ph.D.,  Molecular and Cellular Biology, 2009, University of Massachusetts Amherst, Amherst, MA
M.S., Biochemistry, 2002, University of Louisville Medical School, Louisville, KY
M.S., Chemical Engineering, 2001, Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie Montpellier, Montpellier, France

Post-doctoral Fellowship:

Laboratory of Immune System Biology at NIAID, NIH

Research Interests:

In my current position as the leader of the Mass Spectrometry/Proteomics unit for the OUHSC Laboratory for Molecular Biology and Cytometry Research (LMBCR) I act as consultant to many different research groups at the OU Health Sciences Center and surrounding institutions. The users of our core facility range from those involved with cancer diagnostics, treatment, and pathology, as well as microbiology, biochemistry, pharmacology and cardiology. In this role I consult with researchers from experimental design through sample preparation and data analysis. Being involved in all aspects of the project helps to ensure a higher degree of success for these complex samples types and serves as an avenue to educate more scientists in the important field of mass spectrometry and proteomics research.
