The Office of the Vice President for Research operates the major campus Core Facilities
Laboratory of Biomolecular Structure and Function (see below) DNA Squencing and Genomics Flow Cytometry and Imaging Mass Spectrometry and Proteomics
In addition, the Department of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology houses several Core Facilities that augment the services available from the VPR Core Facilities.
The Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology has the following biophysical instruments available for use by investigators at OUHSC, OU, and at the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation:
(1) Jasco 715 Circular Dichroism (CD) Spectropolarimeter (2) Microcal VP Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) (3) Microcal VP Isothermal Titration Calorimeter (ITC) (4) NT.115 Microscale Thermophoresis (MST) Instrument (5) Wyatt DAWN HELEOS II Multi-Angle Laser Light Scattering (MALS) Instrument
